The Witching Hounds catalogue is fully "One-Stop" and pre-cleared for immediate licensing. All master and publishing rights are owned and controlled by Simon Oakley.

Ownership: 100% One-Stop. I control 100% of the Master Recording (P) and 100% of the Publishing (C) (Lyrics/Composition).

Clearance: Pre-cleared for worldwide use across all media in perpetuity (or tailored to specific project needs).

Indemnity: Full representations and warranties are provided. All tracks are original works with no third-party samples or uncleared features.

Metadata: All tracks are ISRC-encoded and available as high-resolution WAVs, instrumentals, and stems.

Turnaround: Contracts can be executed and files delivered within 24–48 hours for fast-turnaround productions.

Performance Rights: All works are registered with PRS for Music and PPL. Writer and Publisher shares are retained by Simon Oakley.
